Today Kate was spotted returning to her London home with beau Jamie Hince in tow and she was wearing her trade mark grey skinny jeans! </p> <p>Returning from a lunch date on Primrose Hill Kate had teamed her jeans with mens style shoes and a grey military jacket. She is also wearing a swallow print t-shirt, could this be taken from her next Topshop collection due in stores on 10th March?
