Angelina and Brad Design High-End Jewelry With Asprey

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt have tackled a lot together - namely, a growing family. A high-end jewelry line is the latest. Dubbed The Protector, it's inspired by snakes because Angelina considers the reptile a protector of her family. Here at the BAFTA Awards in February, she gave us a sneak peek of the line by wearing the serpent bracelet.

The duo's jewelry line has been in the works for more than a year but will finally debut later this week at Asprey stores in London, New York, Beverly Hills, Tokyo and Dubai. A silver baby spoon with a serpent-shaped handle, retailing for $525, will benefit Education Partnership for Children of Conflict, co-founded by Angelina. Black diamond and emerald pavé rings, earrings, bracelets, men’s cuff links, and studs are also part of the line. This is one celebrity designer collaboration I didn't see coming. Did you?

Fashion sure has a dark side lately with trends like studs, zippers and now snake motifs. These slithering creatures have found their way onto jewelry, handbags and even dresses - they sure are sneaky. I do admit I loved Jennifer Hudson's little gold snake on her Roberto Cavalli dress at the Grammys. And let's not forget the original femme fatale, Cleopatra, was a huge fan. While I would rather don this motif sexily around my wrist, for you more daring girls out there here are a few options.

Join Heidi and the snake chain gang. We've seen actual snakes on jewelry for a while now, but let's regress. The flat and slithery chain is possibly the sexiest chain out there. Fab Finding Follow-Up: New Job, New Wardrobe

It's been a while since I heard any news about someone starting a brand spanking new job. Looks like the world is turning. A friend of mine recently started a new sales position which requires her to travel between LA and Seattle - very different climates. She's in dire need of some great airport-to-the-office outfit inspiration, so I asked you to lend her a hand.

Fab Redux: Cleopatra's Final Touch

With Halloween fast approaching, I have really started getting into costume brainstorming mode. Often I'll turn to vintage clothing to supplement my Halloween costume - that way, no one else can show up to the party wearing the same thing as me.

When I saw this 80s snake belt, $24, I automatically thought: how perfect would it be for a Cleopatra costume? It's adjustable up to 36" and if you didn't want to wear it around your waist, you could wrap it around your upper arm instead. What is a Cleo costume without an asp, anyway?
