Sure to be one of the highlights of LFW is the Burberry Prorsum show, which will be held in London instead of Milan, where it is typically held.

New York Fashion Week ignites some trends, but it's in London where the envelope is pushed beyond the limit. Take, for example, Giles Deacon's Pac-Women. London Fashion Week is nearing completion, but there was enough quirk to last a lifetime, or at least until next season.

If you haven't heard of at least two of those designers, why not start getting to know them here? Locals can visit the brick-and-mortar store, but others have to shop online.

Concert season seems to have already started, and I for one am stoked. There's nothing groovier than attending a live music show with some buddies and getting down. This song by French duo Justice has been around the world by now — I first heard it last Summer at the famous Boombox in London.
