Legs got a lot of attention with the emergence of sexy over-the-knee boots, denim's distressed revenge, and the reemergence of leggings. Meanwhile, shoulder love continued to flourish via shoulder pads and sharp outerwear - specifically, the Michael Jackson-esque drummer jacket.
