Back-to-school might be a couple months away, but Target's already gearing up for the upcoming season. For Fall '09 accessories, the retailer focused on texture and sleek embellishments such as suede shoes made in a rainbow of colors and clutches decorated with zany zippers. The collection isn't over the top, which I like, and the prices are right — ranging from $10 to $40.

Blair Stubbe's outfit is pure velvety goodness. It's completely original, not to mention slightly flapper chic. I especially like that she wore black leggings underneath the dress for a more casual approach.

The warm weather and sunny skies motivated ljhtx's ensemble today. Mixing a floral print with a solid yellow fabric gives her handmade dress a sweet prairie touch. I also like how she styled her look with a slim, brown belt, pearls, and posh sunnies.

Rihanna paid a visit to Carol's Daughter Hand and Foot Spa in NYC, but looked more like a girl ready to party. A long black Preen blazer with bold shoulders covers up her pewter gray drape A.L.C. dress — what a stunning color, it matches her eyeliner.

The Sports Illustrated swimsuit issue models know — having too many swimsuits is never a bad thing. I'll add to that, especially if you live in the water during summertime like I do. Personally, I tend to veer toward bandeau-style bikinis because they're sporty chic, comfortable, and don't cause tan lines.

Ruffly sandals have taken our feet by storm with their ultra girly statement. They're the perfect way to incorporate sweet interest to your bubble toes and look great with cutoff shorts or a simple skirt. I'm a fan of the texture and depth, but they're a little too feminine for my taste.

Target knows it's possible to find hot handbags under $100. The megastore has just tapped Carlos Falchi for its next handbag designer collaboration. If you know Carlos, you're familiar with his signature faux and real snakeskin handbags retailing upwards of $400.

Check out coolpunkamy looking like a stylish babe. Her svelte ensemble makes me yearn for warm, neon nights. I like how she kept her ensemble sleek by pairing her vivacious top with a black skirt, while funky boots and accessories crank up the cool factor.
