You can probably guess that I love a masquerade ball, not that I've been to many in my life. So I was transfixed last night when all the Gossip Girl youngins got dressed to the nines and mysteriously wandered around the ball. But the wandering led to drama-inducing mistaken identities and foul play — and a funny game of strip hide and seek.

The tensions were high on last night's episode of Gossip Girl. Blair Waldorf had one of her infamous sleepovers and Jenny replaced Serena as the guest of honor. Does anyone else think these two are going to be the best of frenemies soon?

You all seemed to enjoy our "The Hills" fashion quiz earlier this week so here's more! Our new favorite show, "Gossip Girl," is turning out to be a feast for the eyes in the wardrobe department. While last night was sort of slow in the drama department, we noticed a few fun fashion things to test you on — I hope you were paying attention!

Get ready for some eye candy...of the clothing persuasion. The CW's new fall show "Gossip Girl" may be set at a Manhattan private school, but the three main female characters, Blair, Serena, and Jenny, will not just be wearing plaid.
The show is styled by costume designer Eric Daman, who worked with Pat Field on "Sex and the City" (!).

Vanessa is living her college life to the fullest. Besides getting into rompy threesomes, the Gossip Girl also enjoys showing us her selection of unique and vibrant ensembles. While strolling NYC, Vanessa kept warm in a cozy colorful plaid jacket by Diane von Furstenberg, paired with a blue embroidered dress by Nanette Lepore.

A lot happened on this week's Gossip Girl. Blair and Serena repaired their friendship, Jenny reigned supreme at cotillion, and who can forget the steamy ménage à trois scene — wow. I'm usually not an advocate of sibling rivalry, but I kind of enjoyed seeing Eric's evil side.
