We all loved how Famke Janssen styled her black and pink silk Thread Social dress with a studded clutch and black heels to the premiere of her latest movie Turn the River. But how do you feel about Tinsley Mortimer in the same fetching frock? She was spotted on location for Gossip Girl in Long Island wearing the ivory version accessorizing with silver heels and a matching clutch.

Famke Janssen was out in NYC to premiere her latest movie Turn the River in Thread Social's blush pink minidress. The tiered petal-like ruffles are tempered perfectly by the contrasting bold neckline; her choice of a studded clutch to offer a subtle dose of toughness is well appreciated. Seems she's not the only celebrity touting the pink-and-black combo, either.

I've heard from a few of my friends who are "Desperate Housewives" fans that Marcia Cross' character, Bree, dresses much better on screen than off. I tend to agree, but at the Chrysalis Butterfly Ball, Marcia looks youthful and modern in her yellow silk dress. Although a bit of self tanner would have served her well, she still looks pretty and effortless.
