As of late, I've taken a strong liking to the combination of leather and wool, or leather and knit. I think Molly Sims's Elizabeth and James skirt sparked it. Leather on its own can be intense, but the addition of another fabric softens it up. If I could, I'd get this Helmut Lang Leather and Wool Dress ($875).
