Fragrance commercials have long been the preserve of creative madness, and the latest (and certainly one of the most frenetic) entry to the bunch is this new spot. It's for Viktor & Rolf's Enchanted Fountain, which is basically a huge tank full of Flowerbomb that lets you refill your flacon in a department store.

I love V&R's sense of whimsy, and they're masters of promotion; they even created a travel kit for KLM that looks just like one of their dapper little bow ties and contains a branded toothbrush, lip balm, face cream, and other travel treats. How can you not love a perfume called Flowerbomb? The first-ever fragrance from Viktor & Rolf, Flowerbomb is putting a new twist on both the pretty pink perfume bottle and the traditional understanding of a floral-centric scent.

At its fashion shows, the designer duo is known for being high-concept, and its exotic floral perfume follows in that theme. Consider this description from Viktor & Rolf's web site: "Flowerbomb was designed as a women's perfume with layers of flowers, like layered pastry, only with flowers, for a true perfume woman." The patchouli-based scent contains tones of exotic plants, including bergamot, cattleya orchid, jasmine, China osmanthus, freesia, and centifolia rose. The eau de parfum is available here and costs $95 for a 1.7-ounce bottle and $150 for a 3.4-ounce version.

Viktor & Rolf Try to Outdo Flowerbomb With Eau Mega

Flowerbomb, Viktor & Rolf's first fragrance, has been a cult hit since it came out a few years ago. But this week, the brand quietly released its second scent, Eau Mega. Just so you all know how dedicated I am to good-smellin' stuff, I trekked all the way down to Nordstrom during lunch to sniff it, since only a few locations have the fragrance so far. Luckily, the reconnaissance on this baby is good.

V&R didn't play it safe at all, and Eau is totally different from the F-bomb, though just as playful. The atomizer is also too cute to be believed, and well worth playing with (you spray it by squeezing the big gold V&R seal on the side). Models emerged from curtains that looked like skirts, wearing clothes that had an Alice in Wonderland proportion to them: giant lacing made the clothes look like a giant had sewed them, and the over-the-top beading and embellishment made the models resemble Barbie dolls. Paris Fashion Week is always the wildest of the big four global fashion powwows (the other three being New York, Milan, and London). Fittingly, it usually has the most exciting makeup. This season, we're coveting the winged liner at Lanvin and the silent film star makeup from Givenchy, but we also loved the beautiful shadow at Dior, the playful eyes at Manish Arora, and the stunning lip color at Kenzo. Miranda Hits the Runway at Chanel in Front of Alicia and Katy

Miranda Kerr arrived in Paris just yesterday, and she was already on the runway this morning for the Chanel Fall 2012 show. As usual with Karl Lagerfeld's presentations, a slew of celebrities turned out to see his creations. Today, Katy Perry and Alicia Keys were among those taking seats in the front row at the Grand Palais. Both Alicia and Katy have been sampling all the stylish fun. They were together last night as well for the Yves Saint Laurent presentation.

Miranda has been a regular feature on the Paris catwalks. Last October, she walked in a number of shows, including Dior, Viktor & Rolf, Loewe, and Stella McCartney. During March of 2011, shortly after she welcomed son Flynn, Miranda modeled for Balenciaga. Miranda was also hard at work in the US last week. Miranda Kerr wore a bikini to shoot her latest Victoria's Secret project in Miami.
