Contrary to what was originally reported, Vogue Paris's August issue is not all about Daria Werbowy. Bummer. The Canadian shares the spotlight with fellow models Eniko Mihalik, Anja Rubik, Raquel Zimmermann, Lara Stone, Regina Feoktistova, and many more. Inez Van Lamsweerde and Vinoodh Matadin capture 64 essential Fall designer looks - some silly, some serious, some sexy, some demure. But all equally fab-u-lous, like Daria having a blast in Balmain (left). Here are more highlights.

She looks amazing in a bikini and in Balmain, but did you know Daria Werbowy can kick some major booty? She has toned legs for days but I've never seen them put to such good use! Check out the men in this Vogue Paris May editorial titled "Game Girl" getting a good old fashioned ass-kicking. They must have done something to deserve it. And as you can see, Daria shows no remorse. Hands down, the hottest pissed chick I've ever seen.

Even though my fashion world mostly lives online, I still revel in glossy pages of glorious clothes and beautiful women. That will never change. Magazines constantly strive to create fantastical images showcasing the latest trends and accessories. Some resonate, some flop. Vogue Paris consistently churns out provocative imagery - most recently their stab at anti-fur crusaders. Now, the mag is showcasing the super Cindy Crawford, shot by Inez & Vinoodh, in all her 42-year-old glory. Geez. In addition to the '80s bathing suits, bold jewelry, shocking colors, and sultry cutouts, Cindy proves she's still got it. Those of you reveling in the early '90s revival, feast.

Freaky or Fabulous? Paris Vogue Gives Anti-Fur the Finger

European Vogue magazines are pushing some fashion buttons. Alas, fashion must always be exciting, daring, and innovative. Can I get an amen?

First, Vogue Italia's all-black July issue and now editor Carine Roitfeld, with photog Mario Testino and muse Raquel Zimmermann, take a stand for fur. One of the longest standing debates in fashion - and here on Fab - Vogue is clearly saying "in your face antifur advocates." This spread is provocative and aggressive; from the high-octane furs to the black leather to the raccoon-eyed model. It's powerful.

Powerful, but is it freaky or fabulous?

Holy Hysteria Brides!

I've never been a bride, so I don't know how I'll be on my wedding day. You hear all this talk about bridezillas, but I have yet to meet one in person. There are plenty on TV to keep us entertained though. In this fab-u-lous editorial from the April 2006 issue of Paris Vogue, Sasha Pivarova and Natasha Vojovic are the epitome of hysteria bride. They appear to be brides in their avant-garde white gowns, but they sure don't act like it; at least not in the traditional sense of the term!

Fab Flash: Amy Winehouse To Be a Cavalli Girl

Amy Winehouse has become quite the unlikely fashion girl: Karl Lagerfeld was inspired by her look for his Chanel Pre-Fall 2008 collection last December and had her perform at a Fendi store opening last month, Vogue Paris did an editorial influenced by her in its February issue (left), and Marc Jacobs also asked her to perform at a Louis Vuitton party during the recent Paris Fashion Week.

Now, reports are saying that Roberto Cavalli is ready to sign a promotional deal with Amy . . . on recommendation of Victoria Beckham. After Posh confessed she loved Winehouse's style, Cavalli is said to have offered Amy a contract under which she would receive his clothes for free if she wore them at high profile events. What do you think about all this fashion obsession with Amy?

Kate Moss and Naomi Campbell are perfect choices for the magazine's "Bad Girls" issue, looking fierce in Louis Vuitton. But does one supermodel outdo the other? After all, I'm not sure a true bad girl would allow anyone else to be on her cover...

I've always wanted to meet the man behind my favorite Alexis Bittar jewels - I finally had the pleasure to do so at his recent Neiman Marcus trunk show. Alexis filled us in on what's going on in his world right now. He's one busy bee; his San Francisco stay was for a mere 10 hours because he had to fly to Vancouver for an appearance at Holt Renfrew. He revealed his jewelry philosophy and discussed the dope spiked bracelet Alicia Keys wore recently . . .

What’s the latest and greatest goings on?

I just finished Spring, we showed at Paris Fashion Week. We showed at Tranoi, which is a show there. I designed three collections under Alexis Bittar, and three other collections for other designers. I did Alexis Bittar for Michael Kors, we did glass, it’s all clear. And I did Michael Angel, he’s kind of a younger designer. I met him through the girls at Vogue. In a week, doing Victoria’s Secret.
