It is official: winter yellow is in and Spring white is in. So what to do during these transitional weather months? I suggest incorporating the Spring trends in small doses. Here is a trend I'm pretty excited about because I'm feeling a bit white overwhelmed after the Golden Globe visions in white, but I have been seeing all these amazing white accessories popping up. A word to the wise: splurge on items you can keep clean easier - like jewelry and handbags - skimp on shoes because believe you me these are the hardest to keep tidy! Who Wore It Better? Rebecca Minkoff Polka-Dot Blouse

While Rebecca Minkoff was expanding her fashion empire, showing her capsule Spring RTW collection and newest trendy accessories at New York Fashion Week, Lauren Conrad and Michelle Tractenberg dropped by in the same black and white polka-dot blouse - I'm guessing it's from the designer's aforementioned collection. Lauren upped the style ante in cropped leather pants, while Michelle shined via peep-toe patent pumps. Lauren grabbed the turquoise RM clutch, Michelle is a red RM bag/matching red lips kinda gal. Who worked this classic blouse better?

Teen Choice Awards: Best Dressed

While there were lots of winners at the Teen Choice Awards, only one lovely lady will take home the award for best dressed. Black and white seemed to work the best on the green grass carpet. Jordana, Leighton, and Emma all showed different takes on the classic color combo. Ashley Tisdale rocked our worlds with her two-tone dress and rad accessories, while Alexis delivered some much needed quirk. I think I have a feeling who takes home this crown . . .
