Lara Stone was announced as the face of Prada's new fragrance campaign yesterday. It's so exciting! The beauty is already fronting Jaeger's Spring campaign and is going from strength to strength. She's not the only new face on the beauty scene. There's a whole new generation of starlets fronting beauty campaigns for 2010, from the new crop at Rimmel that includes Coco Rocha and Beyonce's sister Solange, to Julia Roberts who recently took the helm at Lancôme. Paris Fashion Week concludes the Fall Fashion Week season - sniff. So far, Fall forecasts include army green, major furriness, cocooned knits, and maxed-out skirts. Rounding out that list is red. From Maison Martin Margiela to Givenchy, Sophia Kokosalaki to Isabel Marant, bold pops of red livened up the moody Paris palette. Silhouettes ranged from slick and slim to all-out poufy. Girls on Film: Raquel Zimmermann, W Magazine, February '10

For its February issue, W magazine and photog Mario Sorrenti took us to sunny Marfa, TX, for an editorial dubbed "Field of Dreams." The badass blonde in focus is none other than Raquel Zimmermann. Here she is wearing desert-hued knits, toffee-tinted leather shorts, fringe skirts, hot shorts, and a ton of modern white from the likes of Yves Saint Laurent, MaxMara, and Fendi. These elements, mixed in with the startling blue skies and honey-coated grass make for the ultimate urban setting. Modern makeup, bold jewels, and an amazing pair of woven peep-toe boots temper the serene surrounding. Mix that in with Raquel's stealth stature and electric blue eyes, and you have a white-hot paradise.

Catwalk Trend Alert: Leather
