We are talking July now, it's summer just about everywhere so we are picking out a good alternative lunge to work the glutes. A body sculpt video I did last week had this and I thought it was a good alternative to all the basic lunges I have been doing recently. Do it with or without the dumbells.

Lost Recap - Episode 3.12 "Par Avion"
Yesterday, I admitted on RCL's blog that I was feeling pretty jaded about the show in general. But I really liked last night's episode, and now I feel better. AT THE BEACH: Charlie makes Claire a romantic breakfast spread on the beach, but Desmond approaches and none-too-subtly tells Charlie that he should accompany him boar hunting instead.
