I am sad to bring Fab's Spring Shoe Guide to a close. I hope I enlightened you in what fabulous, wonderful shoe options we all have this Spring. What were your favorites? Mine were wood-heeled wedges and what I'm going to show you today: exotic flats. Many argue that flats are the healthiest shoes for your feet and back but this is not always true. I have a bit of a flat sandal fetish; when it's super hot I don't have the energy for heels - unless I'm going out for a hot night in the city! Fab's Spring Shoe Guide! Mini Wedges

Mini wedges are another 70s era shoe throwback, along with wood-heeled wedges and cork heels. Look, I don't make the trends, I just report them! No wait, ok, sometimes I like to think I do make the trends. If you take a look at my shoe closet you will see many shoes that could have been leftover from the set of Three's Company. I don't know why, but 70s inspired shoes are just so groovy.

Here's a Spring shoe choice that is probably the most comfortable out of all the ones you will see in my Spring Shoe Guide. Great with jeans or a flowy skirt, what do you all think of these? Here is the most ladylike option you will see during my Fab Spring Shoe Guide. Open-toed d'orsays are the best option for a cocktail party, wedding or when you just want to feel womanly. They are also sexy since they accentuate the ankle and the sleek sides of the foot. Move aside you wood-heeled wedges and make room for the femme fatale d'orsay.

Continuing on with Fab's Spring Shoe Guide. If cork heels aren't your bag of chips try on some wood-heeled wedges for size. These have a similar retro look but are more comfy and youthful; it's still a good idea to do some heel stretches though.

You all knew this was coming...

The one accessory a woman can't have too many of: shoes, shoes, glorious shoes! Whether you're a live-in-heels-die-in-heels woman, shoe chameleon, or laid back flat gal, there is something for everyone this Spring. Seeing as how it's Monday, and we should all be rested and refreshed (right?), I'm going to start off with cork heels. These may have a tainted Candie's past, but the casual cork is downright sexy and flirty. I would stick to natural accent colors as not to revert to the corks' old cheesy Candie's ways.

This Botkier Morgan Small Fringe Satchel ($650) has me in a tizzy; the soft black leather, short fringe and gold hardware is so bohemian rock 'n roll. I'm thinking it would look awesome with some tailored trousers, killer heels and a smart jacket - but you do the finding!
