If there is one thing I prefer about Heidi Montag's clothing line to The Hills rival Lauren Conrad's it's the entertaining photography. Heidi clearly thinks she's a model, and here she is "modeling" in her Fall collection Look Book. If you're into skin hugging skinnies and boob boosting tops, you may want to give Heidi's collection a go. Be sure to check out the "Hoodiewood" page - it's my favorite.

Freaky or Fabulous? Heidi Montag Anchor Blue Ad

I have to admit, we've been anticipating the worst from Heidi's clothing line at Anchor Blue. Her ad is at best mediocre and kind of tacky. I usually like zebra prints but she has a way of making it look tacky and the black shorts are pretty blah. I am, however, glad she decided to not show too much skin in the ad. And, what's up with the bunny wearing bling around his neck?!

Is Heidi's debut collage-style ad freaky or Fab? You tell me.

Fab Flash: Heidi Montag to Launch Heidiwood

As I told you back in November, Heidi Montag is going to Heidiwood. Although Lauren Conrad was always The Hills girl with fashion-designer aspirations, Heidi decided to bring her short stint at LA's Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising to fruition.

She's collaborating with retail chain Anchor Blue on a line of junior apparel and accessories set to debut by April 15. Striped dresses, color-rich tanks, tees, black shorts, white-denim tops, bags, and jewelry are all in the works, priced from $10 to $60.

The partnership will continue for two more collections, and the Fall Heidiwood line is anticipated to involve sweaters and jackets in darker, autumnal colors. Heidi will also be featured in the Anchor Blue ad campaign beginning April 1. Joy. I wonder how it will compare with Lauren's collection?

Heidi and Spencer Want a Big House or the White House

Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt had on their biggest smiles showing off the latest installment of her line, Heidiwood, at Kitson on Saturday. Unlike the last time she appeared in the store, Heidi sported one of her own skimpy designs. In between the posing, Heidi and Spencer opened up to Extra about shopping for a home, as well as their new Republican friends. Here's more:

Heidi on shopping for homes in the $15 million range: “A little bit expensive. But we want to get one house where we want to stay in and build a family in.”
But Spencer has a plan too: "I’m hoping that John McCain [will] just ask Heidi to be his Vice President. Then Obama has no chance if Heidi’s VP.”

Spencer also mentioned wanting to get out of Hollywood for good, but since he and Heidi managed to play up their rivalry with LC at Kitson, they clearly can't get enough of the drama. Lucky for us, we'll see it all when season four of The Hills starts Aug. 18.

Will Heidiwood Be a Success?

Most of you already decided that you'd rather wear LC's designs than Heidi's, but the low prices of Heidiwood could hook some of the teenagers it was designed for. Heidiwood Still Taking on the Big Apple

Heidi and Spencer aren't about to let a trip to NYC go by without as many photo ops as possible (can they get paparazzi to the top of the Empire State Building? I bet they've tried). The duo was all smiles around Manhattan last night and this morning the face of the operation, Heidi, stopped by Regis and Kelly. Decked out in a purple Heidiwood dress, she talked about why the show is biased towards Lauren, her support of John McCain and how busy she is these days, while Spencer lurked quietly in the corner. Seriously, check out the video below, he's always looming. While I'll shamefully admit to laughing at some of his (unintentionally?) funny one liners this season - "It's not an apartment, it's a condo," - he's still just so creepy.

We just chatted with Heidi Montag about the upcoming PopSugar 100 announcement and her and Spencer's appearance on I'm A Celebrity. . . Get Me Out of Here!, and she opened up to us about a previously top-secret project she has in the works - a forthcoming bikini line with the bathing suit line Ashley Paige! There's a lot more to come from the interview, but first here's a tidbit. Heidi said:

I have a bikini line that I’m doing with Ashley Paige. I’m going to be wearing it on I’m a Celebrity. . . Get Me Out of Here and then I’m going to do a Summer bikini line with her. And we’re going to be doing a fashion show in Miami for Fashion Week. So you’ll see me in more bikinis then ever before!

We're not strangers to seeing Heidi in a bikini, but we're excited to see what the Heidiwood designer comes up with next!

Heidi and Spencer Bring Heidiwood to Hollywood

Fresh from their trip to NYC, Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt were at Kitson in LA on Saturday to launch Heidiwood in the store. Heidi's never one to shy away from a photo op, though rather than rocking her own line she kept stepping up her fashion choices in Chloe and Balenciaga. Can't say we blame her for taking a break from the zebra print. Of course, if these two do end up getting their own show we're sure we'll be seeing a lot more of Heidiwood.

Lipstick on a Heidi and Spencer Six Pack Out in LA!

Where to even start. . . Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt took a walk in LA yesterday carrying quite the accessories. Heidi wore a shirt that said, "Read My Lipstick: Vote McCain Palin" while showing off her book titled You Can Profit From A Monetary Crisis. Meanwhile, Spencer's look was even more subtle - his shirt reads "Palin for VP: God, Guns, Glory" while he toted, what else, a six pack of Budweiser and a shotgun. Always unsettling to see these two armed. Hmm, I wonder who they're voting for? Plus, isn't Spencer breaking an open container law drinking that beer outside? They haven't lost their touch, but it's not all sunshine and nauseating photo ops. Sad news for Heidi - her Heidiwood line is being discontinued from Anchor Blue after only one year on the racks. At least she's got Spencer on her side, for better or for worse.
