This morning marks the arrival of the Christopher Kane for Topshop collection in stores and online. As expected, the Scottish designer held nothing back, creating a cornucopia of body-con frocks, slinky tees, leggings, jackets, and denim. To take it up a notch, Christopher utilized eyelets, leather, fringe, and funky prints to show off his edgy-pop attitude. Everyone's Wearing Christopher Kane

We're in to the Autumn red carpet season now with the MTV VMAs already having taken place, international fashion weeks well under way and the MTV EMAs just around the corner. I have noticed a growing trend on the red carpet lately as many stylish ladies are turning to Scottish designer Christopher Kane to gain them attention. Firstly, Yasmin Le Bon wore one of his frocks to the Royal Academy of Art Summer party quickly followed by Emma Watson on the David Letterman show. Since then his designs have also been spotted on Diane Kruger, Freida Pinto, Whitney Port and Louise Redknapp! See below to follow suit and bag yourself one of his classic designs.

On Our Radar: Christopher Kane for Topshop Preview Evening

Christopher Kane has landed one of the most talked about collaborations in recent memory as he prepares to launch his enormous capsule collection for Topshop. The young British designer has recreated key styles from his current catwalk line for the masses which launches on Friday 18th September (to coincide with the first day of London Fashion Week).

However, shoppers that are particularly eager (or impatient) can get their hands on items a day early as Topshop has announced plans for a preview evening on Thursday 17th September. All you have to do is make an appointment with a style advisor which will give you access to the pieces as well as the usual tailored advice, private fittings rooms and queue jumping.

There will also be champagne and cake on offer and a free special Christopher Kane keyring with any purchases made. If you've already got your eye on something (like this crocodile t-shirts) it's the best way to guarantee that you get what you want!

Back in April, I told you that British designer Christopher Kane had been working on a capsule line for Topshop that promised to be his biggest yet. The range is now complete and images have been released with an impressive 39 pieces including dresses, hoodies, scarves and t-shirts. Christopher's designs for the High Street giant will arrive in store in October, and I can't wait to hear what you think! There is an awesome crocodile top in the style of his infamous Gorilla prints and amazing party dresses.

Last night, Emma appeared on David Letterman in New York City where she sported two different looks. Flamboyant2 and I must be on the same wavelength. We both have nuptials to attend, so that means shopping for a snazzy ensemble. All this wedding talk inspired me to feature her picture-perfect outfit. I'm absolutely smitten with the artsy disc dress because it's simultaneously girlie and modern. The velvet bow purse is ideal for cross-body function and the embellished sandals are perfect for dancing the night away!

Freaky or Fabulous? Christopher Kane Gorilla Dress

Christopher Kane has been pushing fashion boundaries for several seasons and usually I love his designs, but this item has left me unsure.

The short dress features the graphic print of a Gorilla's (slightly scary) mouth on the top half. The bottom half is a kilt-like pleated skirt which grazes the thighs. I'm sure some girls could pull it off with a pair of killer heels for a day to party look, but what do you make of this unusual frock?

Brit designer Christopher Kane is bringing a touch of his own style to Topshop this Autumn. This is not the first time he's collaborated with the High Street store, but promises that this time it will be bigger than ever.

He told Grazia, "This is more than a capsule collection. It's proper: with bags, shoes, knitwear and dresses. It's nothing like any other work I've done in the past. Everything is a bit "wow". There might be some colour, some embellishment. It's full of surprises. Put it this way – we did the designs, sent away our drawings and when the samples came back last week they looked brilliant. Girls are gonna go crazy for it!"

His Autumn catwalk show included geometric print dresses, sheepskin biker jackets and paneled minidresses, so maybe we can expect similar pieces in his capsule collection? I am merely speculating of course, but one can dream!
