When North and I head out of town for a quick getaway, I need an extra tote to lug all his stuff around in! Food, treats, poop bags, eye wipes, and toys are just a few essentials that I end up carrying in one of my bags. But thankfully, I don't have to shop at a baby supply store to find a nice "diaper bag" for all of my pup's stuff.

It's been quite the party week for newly single Agyness Deyn. She has partied all over London with her new trusty companion, the union jack Chanel clutch. The kitsch handbag has barely left her side since the opening of the Chanel boutique at Dover Street Market.

I'm sure you're aware that the power clutch is a key accessory this season. There are pros and cons to this trend, the pro is that you can actually fit useful things in it without having to make sacrifices over key accessories (lipstick or powder?) but the con is that you have to carry it around all evening (obviously this is true of a small clutch too but it is usually less weighty).
This red and black studded clutch (£30) really reminds me of Michael Jackson's Thriller video so in turn terrifies me slightly.

Leave it to mini mogul Ashley Olsen to dress for business while everyone else was wearing flirty frocks at the Sex and the City New York premiere. And that is why we admire the fashion maven moiety. But what's really smart here is her Calvin Klein envelope clutch.

Here's what I love about vintage: the details. Take this Geometric Navy Blue clutch ($40) circa 1950s. At first it looks sort of dull, but up close you see it has a fine corde fabric pattern and the triangular zipper pull is a truly unique detail.

The only thing better than something that looks cool is something that looks cool AND is practical, right? Well that's where this Loop Boombox Clutch comes in. Not only does it make a funky bag for going out but it will also play your music whilst you travel around.

After I just mentioned being uninspired by the selection of bags right now, this amazing Foley + Corinna City Clutch ($444) popped up in front of me. Isn't it breathtaking? It's the clutch version of my Anna Corinna city tote!

Quick change artists will be attracted to the fashionable functionality of fold-over handbags. One minute it's a tote, the next it's a clutch, then it's a boho. A relative of the convertible bag, design trickery like this makes the high price tag seem not so.

It was reported that Piperlime will be adding handbags to their selection on March 17, but the delivery seems to have arrived early! Peruse the bag section and you'll discover purses by Marc by Marc Jacobs, Orla Kiely, Furla, and more.
The selection is unique — like this Rafe New York Hayden Clutch ($295).
