Richie is quickly becoming one of the most busy celebrity designers. She has partnered up with Bebe on a new line of jewelry sold exclusively under her House of Harlow by Nicole Richie brand. They also conjured up a one-of-a-kind keepsake bracelet that will be sold through December with 25 percent of sales donated to the Richie-Madden
Children’s Foundation. The jewelry line, including the keepsake bracelet, will be available on bebe.com and in stores starting mid-November It's a win-win, and you know the baubles will be cute.

Sass and Bide Shine On

"The human spirit will always aspire to shine . . . to taste the elixir of life, and to bathe in the glory of love." Nice. I am happy to report Sass and Bide designers, Heidi Middleton and Sarah-Jane Clarke, are celebrating 10 years in fashion by creating the Shine Initiative. They enlisted artsy, famous friends to create art pieces that interpret what "Shine" means. The result is a true mix of inspiration from the likes of Kate Moss, Twiggy, Mischa Barton, artist Sam Taylor-Wood, and Daisy Lowe. All the works can be viewed and bid on at sassandbide.com. Proceeds will fund creative counseling workshops for abused children, led by the designers, in both Britain and Australia. July 23 bidding continues at an event in London at The Dairy - I'm sure Moss will show up! Here are some of my favorite pieces from the initiative.

Yigal Azrouel's Charitable eBay Auction

I don't know what it is about Yigal Azrouel. I have always coveted his creations; they're so effortless, worldly, and feminine. To add to the designers splendor, he has launched a charity eBay store selling women and men's Summer pieces for way below retail prices. What's more, a portion of the proceeds will benefit the National Resources Defense Council (NRDC). Starting today at 7PST and through June 19, bid on wonderfully draped dresses, colorful separates, and cool denim. If you want a small piece of the action, Yigal designed an exclusive eco-friendly $35 tee, proceeds also benefiting the NRDC.

Jimmy Choo Designs For Elton John

Jimmy Choo is fashionably supporting Elton John's AIDS Foundation by creating a limited-edition accessories collection dubbed Project PEP (post-exposure prophylaxis). It will include handbags, shoes, and small leather goods decorated with a new signature laminated canvas print showing off iconic Jimmy Choo details like snakeskin, leather, and even a picture of Tamara Mellon from a Vogue Italia photo shoot.

"It's a whole collage of the DNA of Jimmy Choo," said Mellon. The collection drops November with prices ranging from $95 for flip flops to $995 for a large handbag. Twenty-five percent of all proceeds will support the Simelela rape center in South Africa.

Sneak Peek! H&M Fashion Against AIDS Collection

H&M is no stranger to philanthropy. Like in the past, the retailer has collaborated with major celebrities to fight AIDS. This year, the likes of Estelle (left, whose tee says Life is too short, have sex, be safe), Katy Perry, Dita von Teese, Roisin Murphy, and Cyndi Lauper have lent their drawing skills to sassy t-shirts whose 25 percent of sales will be donated to youth HIV/AIDS awareness projects.

"The designs have a real '80s feel to them. Fighting AIDS is always of great importance, and H&M is overwhelmed with the enthusiasm and the commitment from each and every celebrity involved in this collection," said Ann-Sofie Johansson, H&M head of design. The tees hit your local H&M's DIVIDED department May 28.

Public Library Brings Its Funky T-Shirts Online

Public Library - you know, the T-shirt company that celebs love - has hit the Web. That means philanthropic and stylish tees are only a few clicks away. Bar is the best bikini saleswoman I know. I realize I can't look like she does in her Hurley LBB (Little Black Bikini), but she sure inspires. On Our Radar: Tommy Hilfiger Designs a Philanthropic Bag

If you're wondering where in the world Tommy Hilfiger and Helena Christensen are, they're in Italy. The model/photographer is helping the designer promote his limited-edition bag at his flagship store in Milan. Half of the $452 bag, here on Christensen, will be donated to nonprofit organization Breast Health International along with proceeds from an auction of some of Christensen’s photography and works from Hilfiger’s private art collection. Find a Tommy Hilfiger store near you and donate to the cause if you have the means.
