Fab Finding Follow-Up: Parti Armani

I never tire of boutique parties. There's always amazing eye candy, yummy apps, and irresistible bubbly involved. A couple weeks ago, I attended an Armani party. The SF store had a special retrospective on gowns worn at awards shows and red carpet events - 'twas amazing. Move over miniskirts, there's a new leg-baring style in town: warm woolen shorts. They're on the top of my Winter styling list once the weather cools down because of their tomboyish, yet flirty, appeal. Paired with tights, these cozy shorts will keep you looking stylishly warm all season long. I'm going to pair mine with a chambray top and oxfords when I'm feeling quirky, and with booties and a chiffon top for a romantic vibe.

This style is an ode to Captain Hook and other fashionable pirates, but with a modern twist. A couple weeks ago, PartySugar turned the big 2-8. To celebrate her big day, she hosted an outdoor dinner with a group of her closest friends. The delicious menu was set, the linens were arranged, and all she needed was an amazing dress. Fab Ad: Alexandra and Theodora Richards for French Connection

Last month I showed you Georgia May Jagger's first major ad campaign, and now more of the Rolling Stone brood are making waves in the fashion world. Alexandra and Theodora Richards are the daughters of Keith Richards and Patti Hansen and are this season fronting the French Connection ad campaign. They were shot by Terry Richardson for the High Street store as the duo pose in key Autumn items. They have previously starred alongside Lizzie Jagger in a Tommy Hilfiger campaign. Belts are are easily forgettable - most outfits are fine without one - but I'm here to remind you of their importance. It's happened many times where, right before leaving the house, I throw on even the skinniest belt and it completely rejuvenates my look.
