Before this, I didn't know there were degrees of being matchy matchy. Kate Hudson took the concept to a whole new level at a recent D&G party. I know that grey is a prevalent color right now, but that doesn't mean you have to wear it head to toe, literally.

The top half of Kate's outfit is quite lovely. It's only when you look down that you cringe. The satin and suede combination kills the look, because as we Fabazons know, fabrics are of utmost importance. If I were Kate, I'd pair the jeweled neck blouse with a black mini skirt, bare legs, and a hot pair of pumps.

Look Book Love: Madison Marcus, Fall '09

Madison Marcus's Fall '09 collection has me crushin' like the ninth grade – you know what I mean. For the cold months ahead, the brand is keeping us warm with a supply of tweed skirts, shimmering cardigans, tailored pants, silk tops, and vintage-inspired frocks. I'm smitten with the '20s influence via intricate beading details and floaty shapes, but notice how the line evokes youthfulness through a fun, jewel-toned palette. Sometimes, you don't need to be bold to be noticed and Madison Marcus proves this perfectly. I can already see myself wearing this unique camel cowl-neck top with black skinnies and booties during a chilly Autumn day.

I'm all about giving my fancy pieces a casual, understated touch. For example, how rad is it to pair a shimmering waterfall necklace with a plain white tee? That's why I like Sabrina Azadi's jewels. The collection, named Freedom, embodies a beachy yet lavish aura. Stringing beauteous colored crystals on soft leather cords brings a whole new meaning to what she describes as "island style." Interesting fact: Sabrina's love for crystal doorknobs - she liked them so much, she wanted to hang one around her neck - was the inspiration behind her beachy keen jewelry line.

FABTV: Grease 2 "Cool Rider"

There are girl crushes, and there are Fab crushes. Can you believe Stephanie Zinone was Michelle Pfeiffer's first major movie role? Not only is she a serious hottie, she also sings and dances. A star in the making. I'm in the camp of almost loving Grease 2 as much as the original. The music is awesome, and the cast is very flirty and easy on the eyes. And Michael Carrington, aka Cool Rider, makes my heart melt every time. Stephanie is the rebel of The Pink Ladies who wears pants instead of skirts and is ultra inventive - here, she turns her pink jacket inside out to reveal a tougher black leather jacket. It perfectly elevates her black v-neck sweater, tight black jeans, and black boots, as do her sleek gold jewels. Crushed.

Remember when I met Mena Suvari at Alice + Olivia's Spring '09 show, and she described the brand as "very easy, comfortable, and sexy"? She was right on. The actress exuded all those things in this Alice + Olivia gray halter maxi to a recent party in Malibu. It's the perfect canvas for all of Mena's fabulous Lia Sophia jewels - everything from her wrists to her neck to her ears are decked out. Toughening up the otherwise soft look are seriously strappy black platforms. Beach meets street . . . cool!

Jeweled Bug Flash Drive Necklace: Love It or Leave It?

I've been seeing a bug trend lately in accessories, so it's kind of rad that this Jeweled Bug Flash Drive Necklace capitalizes on the trend, while doubling as a handy flash drive.

The 2GB $19 necklace is the latest in a surprisingly long line of USB necklaces, like the Crystal Rose USB Necklace and the I Heart U USB Necklace, which are also jeweled. They didn't have to be jeweled for me to notice them, but it doesn't hurt.

While I'm still torn about whether I need to keep my memory around my neck, I do kind of love the cute bug.

It's been a while since I've really thought about J.Lo Glow ($50), until reader MalibuMands brought it back into my mind on the Product Reviews website. Yeah, it's been around for a while, but is it still relevant? Find out why MalibuMands gave Jennifer Lopez's premiere fragrance a stellar review below:

Glow is different from all of the other celebrity fragrances. In fact, I think it’s different to every other scent out there. I’m not sure how to describe Glow, other then fresh and clean. I don’t pick up on the individual notes, and I just get the overall impression of an energetic burst and soap. It’s great for everyday wear, as it has great staying power. On the down side, you must spray lightly. I’ve been too heavy handed a few times and had migraines as a result. The bottle is striking; it has the curves of a woman’s body, and a (faux) jewel-encrusted J.Lo logo hung round the neck - bling for your dressing table.

Nicky Hilton attended the launch party for Paige and OPI's Bright Pair collection in West Hollywood over the weekend. Considering the line is all about colored denim, it's fitting that she wore Paige Premium Denim's bright blue skinny jeans. Always one to incorporate a touch of menswear, Nicky tempered her bold bottoms via a black boyfriend blazer. Black peep-toe Christian Louboutins, a baggy white v-neck tee, and silver jewels bring the look to a nice finish.
