YumSugar's heading to a three-day extravaganza at the Aspen Food & Wine Classic next week and needs our fashion expertise. She'll be attending oodles of foodie soirees so we must come up with something beautiful and unique. She has two rules: nothing tight and nothing white - what happens if something spills? Smart. Dresses are nice, but feel free to play around with skirts and cute tops. The weatherman also predicted a chance of rain, so don't forget to include a cool jacket.

The Look For Less: Sergio Rossi Paint Splattered Pumps

I've been swooning over these Sergio Rossi paint splattered pumps ever since Alicia Keys wore them to the BET awards. They're an artistic confection just waiting for me to sink my toes into them. However, I'm not rich like Alicia and am not willing to spend an extraneous amount of money on such a novelty shoe.

Presto! These GoJane Stripe Colorblock Heels ($19) will do the trick. Not only are they super cheap, but they also come in a range of colors including red, green, and blue. I'm not sure how they will look in real life, but at that price, I'm willing to take the risk.

Look of the Day: Gray Matter

Does gray matter? Of course it does. This seasonless hue is one of my favorite colors. I like how sandra werner made her outfit more casual by pairing her fitted skirt with a loose sweater. It looks haphazardly thrown on and effortlessly cool.

Fab Redux: Pump Up the Jam

With Fall, the return of the classic pump will come. And just in the nick of time; I was about to resell a pair of black patent Manolo Mary Jane wannabees - what was I thinking?? Black pumps are a Winter necessity, and these Vintage Stuart Weitzman crystal trim heels, size 8 ($99) have an added flair, ahem, crystal trim, and a fair heel, three inches, for the vintage epicure.
