These fabulous flapper costumes will have your kiddos doing the Charleston! Any girl who likes to glam up will go ga ga over the chance to pin curl her hair and wear the pearls, feathers and fringe that were the signature sassy style during the very social and artistic period of American history. Get your lil guy in on the roaring 20s garb by making him a bootleg bartender.

Rachel Pally's Fall/Holiday collection is right up my alley with the rich colors and interesting but subdued prints — many in her trademark jersey fabric. This collection is a tad more dressed up than usual and '20s-inspired. Standout pieces include a grey jersey jumpsuit, berry-colored dresses, tight mini skirts, and form-fitting, scoop neck tops.

By no means am I saying George's new lady Sarah Larson is a trendsetter, but I adore her Giorgio Armani fringe LBD. It has definite flapper appeal without being overly costumey. But wait, there is another side of the fabulous fringe coin.

Runway shows and magazines are a great source for outfit inspiration, but every now and again, you find ideas from something unexpected. Recently I've been admiring The Great Gatsby style, so these Mod Girl Mini Mirrors ($7) immediately spoke to me. They are the perfect way to show the world my adoration for this trend.

It would be nice if we could actually see the Celine dress Miley Cyrus is wearing tonight. Her extensions are so long, they practically cover the entire top half of the dress. From what I can tell, it's rather '20s party girl.

I have a Great Gatsby-esque cloche hat that I've been wearing all Winter. If you don't have one in your closet yet, try one out, like this Bloomingdales Wool Cloche Hat. It's similar to the one Diane Kruger wore recently at a New Year's party.

The flapper-style dress The Hills Whitney Port wore while frolicking the streets of Hollywood with her girlfriends looked very familiar when I first saw it. No wonder; it's Topshop's Heavy Beaded Dress ($79, originally $257). This is not just any old dress though.

Queen of the red carpet, Diane Kruger, continues to inspire. Of all the New Year's parties that went down, this looks like the most Fab one. Soho Grand's "Great Gatsby" was the place to be — beads, bubbly and babes for everyone!

It's been a while since I've written about Crazylibellule & the Poppies CrazySticks, which are so French, so travel-friendly. The line of delicately crafted solid perfumes was created in 2005 by one of the cofounders of Sephora. Each of its ultrafeminine scents, which are free of alcohol, parabens, and artificial colors, provides 269 swipes per stick.
