Models come and go like the wind in the fashion industry. Sure, some become household names - like the Supers - but most of them do their thing, then move on. That's not to say that they're not sorely missed. I always think of my favorites: Brazilian Ana Claudia Michels, South African Georgina Grenville, Spanish Esther Cañadas, and Scottish Kristy Hume. American Bridget Hall (left) also stands out; she was so sporty, freckly, smiley, but also mastered high-fashion. Tyra Banks Launches E-Zine Today!

Tyra Banks has added yet another aspect to her media empire: an online magazine. The former Super, who already produces her namesake talk show and America’s Next Top Model, will be be launching e-zine, Tyra: Beauty Inside and Out, on TyraBanks.com, today at 5 p.m. Topics will cover fashion, beauty, healthy living, and relationships. The site will also contain exclusive, behind-the-scene footage and photos from ANTM and The Tyra Show. Amber Valletta - whose clothing line launches in November - recently rang the closing bell at the NASDAQ in NYC. Though we don't normally see the Super in loose clothing, she decided to keep things rather professional. But is the route she took the most stylish one? You decide. Up top she wore a cobalt Jenni Kayne top with bold shoulders, and on bottom, wide-leg, high-waisted black pants also by Kayne. She finished her ensemble with a silver bangle and no other jewels. What say you - does this outfit work?

Girls on Film: Linda Evangelista, V Magazine, Issue 61

While fellow supermodel Amber Valletta's V mag spread is black and white, Linda's has bouts of crazy color. It is, after all, titled "Color Me Linda." Especially amusing is the one where Linda has crazy Burning Man rainbow-colored hair! This is just another example of how Supers are back in full-force and not going anywhere. Isn't it amazing how none of them have aged? They fit right in with the newbies. Linda was never afraid to take risks back in the day and that still stands true today. Let's revel in the many colors of Linda . . .

Unforgettable. I was there, you were there. It was the '90s. They made modeling famous and demanded and received high paychecks, adoration, recognition. We can't, and won't, forget them. September's Harper's Bazaar reminds us all how naturally beautiful and unique they were. In an editorial shot by anti-Photoshop photog Peter Lindbergh, a slew of original Supers are captured au natural, without makeup. While I have to ask, where's Linda? And Kate? I chose my four favorites from the editorial - who still has it?

Does Heidi Klum's Decision to Discontinue Clover QVC Jewelry Line Admit Guilt?

Heidi Klum doesn't seem like the type to back down from a fight, so it was news to us when we heard the Project Runway host discontinued her QVC jewelry line after being hit with a lawsuit from Van Cleef & Arpels accusing her of copying their trademark clover design. "They wanted to have the clover, even though our designs never matched . . . they just wanted to own the clover motif," said Klum. "So they went after everyone who does that - Louis Vuitton! -- they said 'We own the clover . . ." Interesting. Take a look at Klum's jewels and tell me, does discontinuing her jewelry line admit guilt?

Kate Moss continues to live la vida luxe. The Super was spotted at Club 55 in St. Tropez, and though the scenery is amazing, I can't stop staring at her bag: the Sofia Coppola For Louis Vuitton Suede Asphalt Bag ($3,730). I took notice of it weeks ago when I attended a Louis Vuitton soiree, but it has truly come to life in the arms of Kate. Not surprising. It's soft, the color just right, and the duffel-style ideal for jet-setting. Swoon, double swoon.

Kate Moss Inks Multimillion Dollar Deal

Kate Moss is embarking on a multimillion dollar endeavor, thanks to Topshop's Sir Philip Green and Simon Cowell. The savvy Super has teamed up with the two money moguls to form a global entertainment company said to rival the likes of Disney. Kate's role? The force behind the fashion and music sectors of the unnamed brand.

"Kate has been signed as a figurehead and style setter for the fashion end of the business. She will also be involved in finding and signing new bands and promoting them," said a source. If things go right, Kate's earnings could spike up to $100 million. On a sadder note, Kate is supposedly over modeling. "Philip knows Kate has been looking for a way out of modeling for the past five years. She is bored silly with her own career," said a source.

Is Naomi Posing In Dennis Basso's Fur Ad Hypocritical?

Naomi Campbell has everyone talking again. The once-PETA poster girl has hooked up with fur designer Dennis Basso to model his Fall '09 ad campaign. "During these economic times, we wanted to take the opportunity to be noticed - to show we are here and here to stay," Basso said. Helping him reach his goal was photographer Tom Munro, stylist Patti Wilson, and creative director Giovanni Bianco. The ad debuts in September, and industry sources are estimating Naomi's paycheck to be in the mid-six-figure dollar range. Given her past work with PETA, do you think it's hypocritical of Naomi to partner with a Basso?
