This was my Thanksgiving table this year. I wanted a shades-of-white table with a pop of green. Although I used it for Thanksgiving, it could be edited to fit any occasion.

Here's my Thanksgiving table — I wanted an organic look and feel so I used wood charger plates, woven leaf placemats, linen napkins and wood napkin rings along with some cute little bird condiment cups and leaf serving plates.

On the eve of Thanksgiving, after prepping all day, I had everyone go to the park for a nice long walk and while there I had everyone help me find leaves for the table.

People seem to love the leftovers as much as the main meal, and everyone wants to reinvent the turkey, cranberry, and stuffing into a new, exciting, and extraordinary dish. While I'm a huge fan of a classic sandwich or turkey tortilla soup, today I'm craving something more exotic like mashed potato spring rolls!
