On Our Radar: Net-a-Porter Transitions Into Fall

The transitioning weather has left me nonplussed. For the past couple weeks, I've found myself standing in front of my closet longer then I would like - I don't know what to wear. It's not exactly freezing outside, but I can't pull off bare legs. So what's a girl to do?

Kate Moss and her crew - daughter Lila Grace and boyfriend Jamie - loaded up the car and headed to who knows where. The important thing is that Kate looked snazzy in a tweed blazer, navy jeans, and moccasin boots. Of course, she didn't leave home without her macho watch and white Hermes Birkin. That thing looks stuffed; I wonder what's in it. The look is quintessential Kate but also a great example of a transitional ensemble.

Celebrity Style: Ashley Olsen

It looks like the weather is cooling in NYC (already?), but Ashley Olsen kept herself warm in an incognito long black coat. Her choice of black sandals, however, revealed that it's still Summer. The actress stuck to her usual subdued palette by finishing the look with a gray scoop tee, skinny jeans, and of course, a macho watch. To add to her elusiveness, Ash wore black angular sunnies. Transitional style done right.

Celebrity Style: Charlize Theron

I've been looking for good examples of transitional outfits, and leave it to Charlize to give us one. If you still want to show off your tan gams come Fall, layers are the answer. This look manages to be both cozy and collected. Sometimes the idea of throwing things on and cinching it all together with smart accessories just works. Charlize's choice of earthy hues does no wrong, either.

Spring merchandise is blooming all over, and I am beyond giddy. I look forward to wearing lots of sherbet hues: purples, oranges, pinks. This Missoni-inspired Zig Zag V-Neck Sweater Dress, size S/M, is great for the transition between Winter and Spring.

Ah, the transition between seasons. It's the only time you have your entire wardrobe to play with. It's not so hot that you can go out in a tank top, but it's not so cold where you need a jumbo parka. The key to dressing for this limbo period is layering.

Robert Pattinson Visits The Today Show Before Tonight's Premiere!

Robert Pattinson and his facial scruff paid a visit to The Today Show this morning in NYC to talk about Remember Me before its release this Friday. He opened up to Matt Lauer about how difficult it's been transitioning from using all the standard answers he'd used while promoting New Moon to thinking of new and clever responses about his most recent film. They did touch on the Twilight series, with Rob saying he'd be happy to work on it for a while longer - wonder if that's because he'd get to spend more time with a certain someone? Matt couldn't help getting in one question about Rob's racy Details spread. Rob joked, "I offered to do a naked photo shoot, and no one wanted to see it. It started off with me naked, but then they're just like, 'Actually just, forget it.'" Hard to imagine that was the case, but Robert will be fully clothed this evening for his movie's big NYC premiere - PopUS will be there live on the red carpet and tweeting the whole time, so make sure to check back!
