Our lovely reader Xosofine02 tipped us off to this Who Wore It Better? Thanks doll!

Audrina Patridge from "The Hills" and Nicole Scherzinger from the Pussycat Dolls both sported this sparkly gold trapeze dress. And take a look at the difference in the shoe choices! Audrina opted for gold metallic Loubs while Nicole went fierce with studded booties. Neither strike my fancy, but that's just me. Two tan and skinny ladies, but who wore it better?!

The physicality of training on any aerial apparatus complements the physicality of the Yoga Asanas - shoulders are stabilized while being stretched, core abdominal muscles can be strengthened and spinal flexibility becomes comfortable to explore.

Michelle Dortignac, the person behind aerial yoga, believes that your body will have no choice but to learn proper alignment thanks to the effects of gravity since (like it or not) gravity always works, and it always works in one direction. The best part? No previous aerial or Yoga experience is necessary.

Don't live in NYC, well Triangle Yoga in North Carolina has its own version of Aerial Yoga.

Fabworthy: Old Navy Pleated Trapeze Top

Old Navy is on a roll these days! First it puts out some fabulously edgy ads and now cool clothes follow suit (check out this Old Navy-inspired Look For Less).

This Old Navy Pleated Trapeze Top, $17, struck my fancy for two reasons: the black swirly dots give it a simultaneously serious yet fun quality, and it's amazingly inexpensive. I also love that there's a fusion of masculinity (the muted colors and dots) and femininity (the pleats and trapeze shape).

For a casual day of running errands, I'd pair it with colored jeans and flats. At night, I'd wear a denim pencil skirt and some fun colored pumps.

As a little girl, who didn't dream of flying around on a trapeze dressed in dazzling spangles. Some childhood dreams can come true, but maybe without all the sequins. Chances are high that you can find Adult Circus Arts Fitness classes (also called Aerial Arts) in your neck of the woods, since these classes are becoming increasingly popular. Amy's Not Letting Divorce Stop Her Bikini Fun

Amy Winehouse soared through the air during a trapeze lesson yesterday as she continues her neverending vacation in St. Lucia. While her husband, Blake Fielder-Civil, is filing for divorce on grounds of adultery after he saw Amy cuddled up to her new man, Amy isn't rushing back to deal with the situation. Instead, she said she never wants to leave and seems much healthier away from her marriage based on drug use. Good for Amy, although she might want to work on her manners if she plans on making the Caribbean her home.
