The cast of X-Men: Days of Future Past got away from work to attend the Canadian Grand Prix this weekend. On Saturday, Jennifer Lawrence, Nicholas Hoult, and James McAvoy were welcomed by the Caterham F1 Team and got a special look at their cars before the races began. Their costar Hugh Jackman didn't join them, though, since he was in NYC, where he met up with his Les Misérables pal Russell Crowe. Jennifer, Nicholas, and James weren't the only stars in attendance, since Hugh Grant also stopped to take a picture with Nicholas on Sunday. Unfortunately, the races weren't all fun and games since a track worker died after being run over by a crane that was removing a car from the course.

Jennifer may currently be focused on her sexy blue Mystique character, but she's already lining up her next project. She's set to star in The Rules of Inheritance, which she will also produce.

Jennifer Lawrence kicked off her weekend Friday with a sexy appearance as Mystique on the Montreal set of X-Men: Days of Future Past. She was in head-to-toe blue body paint for the role, as she went in and out of her trailer between filming. The weekend fun continued yesterday, when Jennifer and her ex-boyfriend Nicholas Hoult hit the pavement together. Since Jennifer and Nicholas split back in January, they've had to keep things professional with work on X-Men: Days of Future Past bringing them back together for the cameras. They made it clear with separate appearances at last month's Met Gala that they're just friends, despite stirring up rumors of a rekindled romance with a May dinner date in LA.

Jennifer's sexy X-Men role isn't the only thing keeping her busy, since she's also juggling press for Hunger Games. She recently popped up in the South of France to promote Catching Fire at the Cannes Film Festival with her other leading men Liam Hemsworth and Sam Claflin.

Jennifer Lawrence had a jam-packed 24 hours at the Cannes Film Festival. She kicked things off with a photocall alongside her Catching Fire costars Liam Hemsworth and Sam Claflin, and then Jennifer slipped into a gorgeous Dior gown for the evening's marquee premiere. On Saturday, Jennifer joined her boys for the official Catching Fire party. She wore another Dior — this time white with a flower detail — before switching into a gray number. Once inside the bash, Jennifer sat close to Liam, but also stayed glued to her iPhone. Jennifer showed off her big smile while chatting with fellow partygoers. Liam and Jennifer later called it a night, leaving Catching Fire supporters to mingle with models in their Capitol finest.

Also in attendance to show their support for Jimmy P., which stars Benicio del Toro, were Calvin Klein-clad Doutzen Kroes; Eva Longoria, who wore Atelier Versace; and Jane Fonda. Steven Spielberg, who is serving as one of the jurors at this year's festival, was joined by wife Kate Capshaw for the glamorous event at the Palais des Festivals.

The trio were able to escape the elements by posing inside the Majestic hotel. Jennifer, Sam, and Liam are in France to hype up the second installment of The Hunger Games series, which is out in the US on Nov. 22. Also smiling for the cameras were Lionsgate cochairmen Rob Friedman and Patrick Wachsberger and director Francis Lawrence.
