Olivia Palermo usually sticks with a classic blowout, but it's nice to see her try out a fun and easy braided style. When we spotted her french-braided bun at the Pikolinos Gala Dinner last night, we couldn't help but stare. And with temperatures steadily rising, Olivia's dual french braids and twisted bun is an ideal style to try right now.

To get Olivia's look, start off with a texturizing powder, like Alterna's Bamboo Style Texturizing Body Boost ($22), which will give your hair the perfect grip. Part your hair down the center about two inches back, then tease the hair at the crown. French braid the two sides and then connect them in the center, securing with an elastic. Split the ponytail into two sections, tightly twist them, and then wrap them around the base of your ponytail for a woven look. Secure with pins and mist with hair spray.
