Julianne Hough donned a bright red Carolina Herrera number to step out for the EIF's Unforgettable Evening event in support of the Women's Cancer Research Fund at the Beverly Wilshire hotel in LA last night. She was joined by a host of other stars for the charitable evening, including Chelsea Handler, Rita Wilson, Amber Valletta, Angie Harmon, and Lisa Kudrow. Big names from the fashion industry like Carolina Herrera, Tommy Hilfiger, and James Ferragamo were also in attendance for the night out. Funnygirl Chelsea, who was accompanied by her boyfriend, André Balazs, was the life of the party as she made the rounds on stage and visited different tables throughout the dinner. Julianne and Chelsea are not the only stars to support the cause. Next weekend, Halle Berry and Julie Bowen will be among other A-listers to step out for the EIF's Revlon Run/Walk For Women in LA, which benefits women's cancer research.

Aside from her big night out, it was a relaxing week for Julianne, who joined pal Nina Dobrev in Miami over the weekend. Julianne and Nina donned bikinis for a relaxing beach getaway that included fun in the ocean and poolside lounging. Nina has been a supportive friend to Julianne, who broke up with Ryan Seacrest back in March, and the girls turned up at a Lakers game together right after Julianne's publicized split.

Jessica Alba and Drew Barrymore were joined by a host of other stylish celebrities last night when they celebrated the launch of Tommy Hilfiger's new West Coast flagship store in West Hollywood. Drew and Jessica both wore Tommy Hilfiger outfits as they worked the red carpet with the designer and his wife, Dee. Jessica's latest public appearance was much less dramatic than the one she made on Jimmy Kimmel Live! on Tuesday when she took part in a celebrity kissing booth and revealed her recent health scare.

Other famous attendees included Katy Perry, Olivia Munn, and Julianne Hough. Julianne was back in LA after a busy few days of press for Safe Haven in NYC, and dropped by the event sans boyfriend Ryan Seacrest, who attended the Topshop/Topman store opening nearby. Despite two fashionable bashes taking place in the same city, there were many stars who managed to attend each. Julianne, Jennifer Lopez, Estelle, and Jessica Lowndes all squeezed both events into their schedules.

The celebrity crowd was in full force at Tommy Hilfiger's fashionable fete to celebrate the designer's new LA flagship store. Jessica Alba stunned in a gorgeous all-white ensemble by Hilfiger, Olivia Munn opted for a chic shorts-and-blazer combo (also by Hilfiger), while Jennifer Lopez donned a metallic printed dress with colorful sandals. Meanwhile, Drew Barrymore showed off her West Coast cool factor in navy separates, Perrey Reeves looked classic chic in plaid, and Julianne Hough went all-out glam in a formfitting gown. On a checkerboard runway in a cavernous Park Avenue Armory transformed to look like Harry Potter's library, Tommy Hilfiger sent out a tight lineup filled with Prince of Whales plaid, argyle, and herringbone. The theme was "Savile Row meets Ivy League" with a nice dose of '60s, and thus there was a preppy-mod tinge to these well-tailored clothes. Coats of every kind — peacoats, boyfriend blazers, duffles, and parkas — dominated every look. Meanwhile a strict palette of cream, navy, red, and khaki kept the whole thing feeling fresh and neat — just the way a Hilfiger collection should be.

Tommy Hilfiger took us back to prep school for Fall '13, showing one perfectly tailored look after the other — all with a refined '60s mod twist. Described by Hilfiger as "Savile Row meets Ivy League," the collection drew inspiration from famous London tailor Tommy Nutter, which was clear in the designer's expertly cut coats and jackets highlighting classic Prince of Wales plaid, tartan, and houndstooth patterns. Meanwhile, refined shearling-embellished moto jackets and structured khaki bonded Mackintosh coats injected a modern element to the mix. There was also a standout leather-bonded cable-knit sweater coat that melded traditionalism and modernity into one poignant statement.
