Derek and Hannah Jeter Welcome a Baby Girl

Congratulations are in order for Derek and Hannah Jeter — the couple has welcomed a new addition to their family, a baby girl named Bella Raine Jeter. According to a Twitter announcement from The Player's Tribune on Friday, the Sports Illustrated model gave birth to the pair's first child on Aug. 17.

Hannah tied the knot with Derek in a gorgeous ceremony in St. Helena, CA, back in July 2016 and first announced her pregnancy back in February. Congrats to Hannah and Derek!
