Blake Shelton Introduces Gwen Stefani's Oldest Son at First Show: "He's the Real Deal"

It looks like Gwen Stefani's oldest son, Kingston Rossdale, just might have inherited some of his parents' musical talent. On Aug. 11, the 17-year-old took the stage at an Oklahoma bar and music venue owned by Stefani's current husband, Blake Shelton, and wowed the audience with a few songs. Shelton introduced his stepson, telling the crowd, "I'm actually honored to be the first one to introduce this guy to the stage for the very first time . . . First and foremost, this guy is an artist," per a fan's video. "He's the real deal, and you guys are gonna be able to say that you were there at his very first ever public performance. This dude is rock. I don't just mean he rocks; his music is rock. I think we've got some rock fans out here, probably."

Per a video shared on TikTok, Kingston also shared his appreciation for the audience after his performance was done. "Love you guys. Thank you for being here," he said. "Thank you. It means everything to me, really. I hope you guys had a great night, enjoy yourselves!"

Stefani shares Kingston with ex-husband and musician Gavin Rossdale. The two also have two other sons, Zuma, 14, and Apollo, 9. Stefani and Rossdale split in 2015, and she and Shelton confirmed they were dating later that year. They tied the knot in 2021, and Shelton has since embraced his role as a stepdad to Stefani's brood.

Shelton has owned the bar and venue that Kingston performed at, Ole Red, since 2017. Shelton and Stefani have also graced the stage there numerous times and even performed a duet of Stefani's hit song "Don't Speak" on Aug. 11. "POV: you live in the same small town as Blake Shelton & Gwen Stefani and get to see them perform together EVERY YEAR," wrote the TikTok user who shared videos of Kingston's song and Stefani and Shelton's performance.
