Kate Middleton's State Banquet Dress Has Sleeves Like Whoa and a Lot of Lace

Kate Middleton joined the royal family at Buckingham Palace to welcome the king and queen of Spain to the UK. Needless to say, she was swathed in jewels for the state banquet, which called for Princess Diana's Cambridge Lovers Knot tiara, a piece she's now worn three times. Kate also debuted a brand-new necklace from the queen called the Bandeau, which is speckled with crystals and rubies.

All this helped to play up a dusty rose Marchesa number with fluted sleeves and a voluminous skirt. She needed little more than pearl drop earrings to complete the look.
