Lady Gaga's 30th birthday dress — a full-sleeved mini with '80s flair — did not come off the Internet. She didn't shop for it online nor scoop it up in a boutique. The actress and singer found her flashy design, wide square belt included, right on the Saint Laurent runway.

When Hedi Slimane revealed his Fall '16 collection for the label in an old-fashioned setting, we couldn't wait to see which celeb would slip into one of the couture pieces first.
