This Supermodel Had a Wedding in the Desert — in a Princess Ballgown

The setting for supermodel Nicole Trunfio's wedding — the Colony Palms Hotel in Palm Springs, CA — was just around the corner from Coachella for an important reason. She and her beau, musician Gary Clark Jr., fell in love at the festival, and Gary played at the outdoor concert this year. While Nicole's gown, a custom creation by Steven Khalil scattered with beads at the bodice and complete with a floor-sweeping train, was fit for a princess, her bridesmaids still wore flower crowns. Details from the ceremony and reception were documented on Brides.com, but Nicole and her stylist, Anita Patrickson, shared their fair share of 'grams too.

"As a model, I don't usually get to choose the styles I wear on the day of a shoot, but on my wedding day I got to show off my style," Nicole said of her stunning dress and veil. Though the look she wore down the aisle is certainly memorable, we also had eyes on the lacy Yolan Cris number she wore for her party, complete with a thin choker, Marchesa accessories, and Casadei heels, plus her most festival-infused ensemble of all: the Houghton set she wore to her rehearsal dinner.

Read on for the most fashionable bridal photos you'll ever see, along with a look at the Reformation slips worn by Nicole's bridesmaids. One thing's for sure: when you're a seasoned model, you know just how to select your outfits leading up to the big day — and of course, how to show them off from every angle.
