Selena Gomez Wears a Crystal Corset and Plunging Chain-Mail Dress in New Music Video

Selena Gomez is giving us major outfit envy to go with her new music. After sharing teaser photos wearing a striking Barbiecore look, the multihyphenate released the music video for "Single Soon" — the perfect "end of summer" song — on Aug. 25. For her latest project, Gomez teamed up with new stylist Erin Walsh to bring the party vision to life.

On the cover of her single, the singer wore a hot pink chain-mail minidress with a purple feather jacket draped over her shoulders. A fuchsia-colored Victoria's Secret bra peeked out from under the shimmery Versace number, which featured a halter design and plunging draped neckline. She completed the look with a variety of accessories including a pearl "S" choker from Jennifer Fisher, a butterfly necklace from James Banks Design, studded hoop earrings, and stacked gold bracelets. The glitzy ensemble is reminiscent of Paris Hilton's iconic 21st birthday dress, which is fitting considering Gomez's latest is a nostalgic banger.

In the music video, Gomez is seen having a blast in one standout party look after another. As she wrote the memorable breakup Post-it note in the first scene, she wore a cropped metallic jacket and matching miniskirt from the Dua Lipa x Versace collection. Then, rocking the same pink Versace number from the cover, she got ready for her girls' night out. Her laid-out accessory options included Aupen's stylish Purpose bag, a glittery Fendi Baguette procured via Vestiaire Collective, and shiny silver Louboutins, though she ultimately chose pink Versace platforms to go with the outfit.

Throughout the video, Gomez also danced in a living room and sang from the couch in a custom crystal corset from The Andamane similar to her metallic party dress. She dressed it down with denim cutoffs and a studded black belt and later paired the same top with a casual striped button-down and matching boxer shorts.

Aside from working on her upcoming album, currently being referred to as "SG3," Gomez has been serving countless looks as of late. At her 31st birthday bash in July, she stole the spotlight in a strapless red Bottega Veneta dress covered in leather flower petals. To celebrate her big day, the singer also hosted a Barbie-themed party, where she stunned in a hot pink halter minidress.
