Meet the Girl Who Beat Kendall and Gigi For Model of the Year

There's no doubt Kendall Jenner and Gigi Hadid both had killer 2015s in terms of modeling and It-girl status, but alas, neither lady landed one of fashion's top honors: Models.com's model of the year. Instead, the industry pick happened to be 22-year-old Anna Ewers, a name you might not recognize at first glance.
But just because you haven't seen a million paparazzi shots of Anna or heard rumors about who she's dating doesn't mean this chick hasn't been quietly ruling the runway and starring in major campaigns. In fact, the edgy Brigitte Bardot look-alike has quite the impressive résumé, having been featured in over 100 editorials and numerous editions of Vogue; she even occasionally walks the red carpet with designer Alexander Wang. And don't even get us started on all the times she's strutted her stuff down the catwalk — this girl's been working since she was 16.
