Julianne Hough donned a bright red Carolina Herrera number to step out for the EIF's Unforgettable Evening event in support of the Women's Cancer Research Fund at the Beverly Wilshire hotel in LA last night. She was joined by a host of other stars for the charitable evening, including Chelsea Handler, Rita Wilson, Amber Valletta, Angie Harmon, and Lisa Kudrow. Big names from the fashion industry like Carolina Herrera, Tommy Hilfiger, and James Ferragamo were also in attendance for the night out. Funnygirl Chelsea, who was accompanied by her boyfriend, André Balazs, was the life of the party as she made the rounds on stage and visited different tables throughout the dinner. Julianne and Chelsea are not the only stars to support the cause. Next weekend, Halle Berry and Julie Bowen will be among other A-listers to step out for the EIF's Revlon Run/Walk For Women in LA, which benefits women's cancer research.
Aside from her big night out, it was a relaxing week for Julianne, who joined pal Nina Dobrev in Miami over the weekend. Julianne and Nina donned bikinis for a relaxing beach getaway that included fun in the ocean and poolside lounging. Nina has been a supportive friend to Julianne, who broke up with Ryan Seacrest back in March, and the girls turned up at a Lakers game together right after Julianne's publicized split.
Everyone needs someone to look up to, so for the role-models-themed Fall 2012 issue of i-D Magazine, Daniele Duella and Iango Henzi photographed a litany of the industry's boldface names for a series of beautiful covers.
Gisele Bundchen is captured in black and white, surrounded by wavy tendrils of her own hair. Isabeli Fontana, made up like a classic '40s femme fatale, makes a neck brace look like the chicest, easiest-to-wear accessory there is, and Karen Elson's fiery hair is pushed into an extremely experimental shape.
A look at the rest of the models' hair — styled into tonsorial perfection by Luigi Murenu — here in the gallery.

Spring is the perfect time to wear all white, but instead of doing all the thinking, why not draw inspiration from best-dressed celebs like Angelina Jolie, Emma Stone, and Irina Shayk? Whether you seek a sweet blouse-and-skirt combo like Emma, a sassy little white dress like Irina, or an office-chic ensemble like Angelina, step inside to mimic these and two other all-white celebrity looks all season long.
Last night's Costume Designers Guild Awards was the latest in a line of award season events to draw a stylish celebrity crowd. In honor of films' crafty costumers, celebs like Rooney Mara, Kate Beckinsale, and Amber Valletta turned to their chic sheaths and pretty dresses to suit up for the occasion. Kate Beckinsale had the night's most glamorous appearance in a romantic floor-length gown, but otherwise these leading ladies, like Rooney in a sweet-cum-sexy J. Mendel frock and Amber Valletta in a brilliant minimalist sheath, showed a little more restraint on the red carpet (perhaps saving their sequins for Oscar Sunday?). Click through to get a glimpse of all of the night's big arrivals — then be sure to tell us your pick for best dressed in the comments.
Rachel Zoe and Rodger Berman cozied up to their son Skyler last night at an LA bash hosted by InStyle. The event, part of the magazine's "Dinner With a Designer" series held to honor her forthcoming debut collection, was Rachel Zoe and Skyler Berman's latest fashionable party. The duo also stepped out last week for an event at Petit Tresor children's boutique with proud dad Rodger. Rachel, Rodger, and Skyler were joined yesterday by family friends like Ali Larter, Amber Valletta, and Odette and Dave Annable. The whole evening meant a lot to Rachel, as she later wrote on her blog, "An incredible evening from InStyle to support the launch of my collection. Beyond thankful to have your love and support!" Ali was also a fan of the proceedings and the clothes. She tweeted, "Love [Rachel's] fabulous gear! Beautiful night."
Drew Barrymore and a pregnant Kate Hudson led the stylish way to a benefit dinner for the Natural Resources Defense Council's Ocean Initiative on Saturday, held at the Malibu home of movie executive Ron Meyer and his wife Kelly. The evening was cohosted by Chanel, which helps explain the high-fashion picks of the guests like Rachel Zoe and Courteney Cox. Drew Barrymore brought along her boyfriend Will Kopelman, and there were other happy duos there, too. Kate Hudson and her fiancé Matthew Bellamy made a fancy entrance following a low-key week of outings to see her son Ryder's athletic events and casual lunch dates. Expecting parents Bryce Dallas Howard and Seth Gabel also made it a date night, as did Seth Gabel and his wife Caroline Fentress, Gabrielle Reece with Laird Hamilton, and Barbra Streisand with James Brolin. Drew and Will led the PDA stakes, though, as is their usual habit. They kissed on their way inside Rob and Kelly's house, with Drew decked out in an outfit from Chanel that she likely picked out during a visit to its Beverly Hills shop last week.
For Louis Vuitton's Fall collection, master Marc Jacobs continued to channel a vintage vibe invoking the '40s and '50s with puff-sleeved Pan-collared French maid uniforms, mid-calf skirts, and cinched-waist silhouettes. His inventive use of fabrics — everything from rubber to plasticized lace — added serious intrigue, as did top models Kate Moss, Naomi Campbell, Amber Valletta, and Carolyn Murphy strutting the runway in conductor's hats and dominatrix boots. I hate to sound predictable, but a gathering for a Tom Ford store opening is exactly what you would expect it to be — impeccably well-dressed. Such was the case last night when Rachel Zoe, Rosario Dawson, Ginnifer Goodwin, Amber Valletta, Natalia Vodianova, and so many more of our Fab favorites turned out in style to toast the designer's newest LA store. Mostly outfitted in elegant black, some white and metallics — all fantastic — click through to see all the fashionable guests and cast your vote for the night's most Fab.
