Adriana Lima and Karolina Kurkova donned sexy black dresses to attend watch brand IWC Schaffhausen's party at Salon International de la Haute Horlogerie last night in Geneva, Switzerland. The models were joined by Ewan McGregor and Kevin Spacey as well as Rebecca Gayheart and Eric Dane for the event. Karolina also donned a bright red ensemble, while Adriana emerged in a black-and-white dress to pose for the festivities. Adriana made the trip overseas after taking care of modeling duties for Victoria's Secret. Adriana and Erin Heatherton launched VS's new fitness line together at the brand's Herald Square NYC store last week. Ewan, meanwhile, traveled to Switzerland following his appearance at the Golden Globes earlier this month, when he was nominated for Salmon Fishing in the Yemen.
Red and Blue Never Looked Better, Thanks to Karolina Kurkova
Karolina Kurkova showed off two fabulous looks at a Swiss bash last night, but it was her red-and-blue ensemble that made our colorblock-loving hearts skip a beat. The supermodel started with a silky red button-down and red leather pants — both by Joseph — which was a bold pairing on its own — then things got even more thrilling when she finished off with unexpected cobalt pumps. It makes us want to fuse red and blue, pronto. Only caveat? How to work the palette without looking like you're dressed for the Fourth of July. I know what you're thinking — it's easy for a svelte model to pull this look off, but can I? Yes, you can; just keep these tips and trick in tow to make it work:

- It takes a certain amount of confidence to wear brights like this, but once you've nailed that, that's half the battle.
- Once you've faced your daring side, make sure to limit your look to only red and blue. Read: under no circumstance should you throw in white in the mix (unless of course it is actually July 4).
- Keep it simple. While you might be able to get away with injecting a little black, you'll lose the dramatic (and chic!) effect that the red and blue contrast creates when you add more colors to the ensemble. If you don't love Karolina's exact outfit, you can experiment with other combinations: blue top with red pants, red blazer with cobalt jeans, blue dress with red shoe — the options are limitless and the effects are sure to be just as strong. To get you started, we've picked our favorite red-and-blue pairings below, just shop to channel Karolina's bold look.
Karolina Kurkova's Killer LBD (and the Art of Just Sexy Enough)
We'll just come out and say it: Karolina Kurkova's Cushnie et Ochs sheath during yesterday's TCA press tour may just be one of the sexiest LBDs in recent (event) history. It's not always easy to take a statement piece off the runway and make it work, but the star of The Face did just that, giving this look from Cushnie's Spring '13 runway a seriously sultry real-life twist. The trick is a skilled balance of minimalist accessories and easy, natural hair and makeup that lets the dress — and her knee-high Alexander Wang gladiator heels — take the focus. While the footwear might be harder to pull off, there's no denying that the strategic cutouts help sculpt a superflattering silhouette, showcasing Kurkova's best assets. Of course, employing the same styling tactics for your own cutout LBD means looking for the best cut for your body. Opt for a shoulder-baring cut like Karolina's if you're looking to flaunt your upper body (and even distract from your bottom half); showcase your middle with subtle cutouts at the torso to draw attention to a tiny waist. Bottom line: you don't have to have a supermodel body to achieve the jaw-dropping effect. Apply the ultrasexy styling tactic to your own real life with our editors' picks to shop now.

Best of 2012: Sneakers Are the Celebrity Accessory of the Year
There were many standout accessories that celebrities showed off this year — wide-brim fedoras, top designer handbags, cat-eye sunglasses — but the one that swept the top slot was the sneaker. Everyone from Marion Cotillard to Gisele Bundchen to Irina Shayk to many more famous faces wore their favorite sporty sneakers from the likes of Isabel Marant and Ash with everything from jeans to leather pants to dresses to skirts. We have yet to see if the trend will live on in 2013, but in the meantime, take a look back at all the celebs that sported sneakers in 2012.
Olivia, Kristen, and Karolina Lead the Style Pack in This Week's Top 10
Thanks to Art Basel, the Les Misérables press tour, and a number of other premieres and parties, it's been another (we know, no surprise here) very good-looking week in the celebrity world. From Miami to Oslo (yes, that's where we spotted SJP in a powder-blue Erdem on stage at the Nobel Peace Prize concert), our style setters are stepping up their game — Kristen Stewart even traded in her Converse for Doc Martens to put old-school edge on a miniskirt. Of course, that's just the beginning. Karolina Kurkova showed off her stems in an Elie Saab shorts set at Basel, while Olivia Palermo brought her eclectic glamour to a film screening in NYC. As for the rest, you'll have to click on to see who else took top spots in this week's best dressed.

Gwyneth, Kristen, and More Light Up This Week's Top 10
When they weren't showing off their Halloween costumes, this crew of celebrities provided outfit inspiration of the chicer variety. That doesn't mean that they were all dressed up — looks from favorites like Gwyneth Paltrow, Karolina Kurkova, and Kristen Stewart ran the gamut from the cool and casual (we're looking at you, Karolina) to the more polished cocktail wares we saw from both Gwyneth and Kristen. As for the ultraglam, Jennifer Lopez lit up this week's UNESCO gala in a lacy, one-shouldered Lanvin gown — but you'll have to click inside to see that and the rest of this week's top 10.
Karolina Kurkova Gives Us Some Serious Wedding Dress Inspiration
Karolina Kurkova knows how to stun on the red carpet — it kind of comes with the territory of being a gorgeous leggy model — but her appearance at last night's Prix Montblanc in Berlin actually rendered us speechless. And if we're being completely honest, her creamy beige Carlos Miele Spring '13 gown inspired our current hunt for the perfect Fall wedding dress, too. We love that she paired the satin bodice-meets-flowing chiffon skirt silhouette with a darker wine-colored lip and smoky eye. It struck us as autumnal-themed, moody, and romantic, to say the least. And as a whole, it just worked. As we see more and more starlets donning nontraditional wedding dresses for their big day (Jessica Biel and Anne Hathaway certainly come to mind), it seems only appropriate that we include this particularly gorgeous look in this burgeoning, slightly off-the-cuff trend. If you're as taken with this potential wedding dress option as we are — or see it as a potential scene-stealing holiday party option — we think a cream-colored Mongolian fur cropped jacket and a vintage-inspired veil would top it off perfectly. For now, get an all-angles look inside, then let us know how you would style this beautiful Carlos Miele gown.
