There is nothing more classic than a black dress, otherwise known as the LBD, but styling them with neutral pumps can get a little dull, which is why we love how these eight celebs mixed their black dresses with neon shoes for a fresh combo. These trendsetters — from Nina Dobrev in fuchsia pumps to Jayma Mays in neon-yellow sandals to Lara Stone in hot-pink booties — know exactly how to amp up their raven-hued numbers with bright kicks from every color of the rainbow. Step inside to see how each fashionable starlet added her own personality to the LBD, then shop similar pieces to re-create this fresh combo for yourself.
>> The first full week of Spring brought plenty of inspiring new-season styles — and even a few surprises.

Brooklyn Decker traded in her usual low-key ensembles for a plethora of out-of-this-world designer looks: Giambattista Valli, Isabel Marant, and Stella McCartney each made appearances at photocalls for the actress's new film, Battleship. Models Miranda Kerr, Lara Stone, Candice Swanepoel, Karolina Kurkova, Agyness Deyn, Jessica White, and a newly-brunette Jessica Stam were also all spotted out and about — and though each looked just as chic as ever, it was their two very pregnant colleagues, Molly Sims and Lily Aldridge, who really stole the show.

There were also plenty of standout casual styles spotted on the streets — Elizabeth Olsen and Emma Roberts each looked effortless in transitional coat-and-trouser ensembles, and Kate Moss and Jessica Alba each sported rose-hued jeans.

However, perhaps it was Elletra Wiedemann who most aptly captured the week's prevailing mood, when at an event hosted by Vogue and Tod's. She exclaimed, "I really just wanted to dress up!"

See who made the list— and what everyone wore — right here in our best-of-the-week slideshow.
Gorgeous model Lara Stone was arm candy for hubby David Walliams at last night's National Television Awards in London. And while her red-carpet dress was chic, it's the fact that she paired her black gown with bright orange sandals that really caught our attention. Loads of black dresses have strutted the red carpet, but not many have braved pairing black with orange in fear that it might look too Halloween-y. But not the daring Lara Stone; she proves that the two hues can be worn together without looking spooky. So the next time you don black, reach for a pair of hot-orange sandals to take your look from basic to bam!

>> Chanel and New York's Museum of Modern Art honored Pedro Almodovar last night at the museum's annual film benefit. “Everyone loves Pedro Almodóvar,” Karl Lagerfeld said of the lengthy guest list. “He is a genius.”
Many were thus dressed in Chanel — Sarah Jessica Parker, Anna Wintour, Elizabeth Olsen, Chloe Moretz — save a few: Lara Stone came in Calvin Klein, Joan Smalls in Tom Ford, Miranda Kerr in Peter Pilotto, and Karen Elson in Roberto Cavalli.
Last night, the ladies turned up the red carpet glamour to salute GQ's Men of the Year at the magazine's annual awards. The gathering at London's Royal Opera House drew a crowd of styled celebs with looks that ranged from the playful to the very sexy. Emma Watson tried out a punky plaid and leather jacket combo while Lara Stone opted for a minimalist silhouette countered with bold color. We spotted Charlize Theron suiting up in menswear-inspired separates, and Leona Lewis livening up her white gown with a few strategic pops of red. Of course, there are more looks in store. >> The 2012 Pirelli calendar isn't set to be released until December 6th, but behind-the-scenes images from the shoot — featuring Kate Moss and Lara Stone — are already trickling in. The nature-themed calendar also features models Isabeli Fontana (left), Milla Jovovich, Margaret Madè, Saskia de Brauw, and Rinko Kikuchi — all posed in rustic settings at the remote Murtoli estate in Corsica.
Mario Sorrenti, Moss's ex-boyfriend — and the first Italian to ever shoot for Pirelli — photographed the calendar. The shoot took place just three weeks before the supermodel's July wedding to Jamie Hince. Hince was, reportedly, present on-set.

>> Lara Stone and her husband of just over a year David Walliams — who were first spotted leaving Club 55 in Saint Tropez a couple of days ago — have taken to the water on a yacht off the French coast. Stone, wearing a Missoni zigzag bikini, took hands with Walliams to jump off the boat's edge several times, before returning to land in a slate blue minidress.
>> Lara Stone was spotted earlier today with her husband of just over a year, David Walliams, in Saint Tropez; they were leaving Club 55 and catching a yacht along with Elton John's partner David Furnish. Instead of repping for Calvin Klein, Stone went with a Louis Vuitton logo bikini peeking out of her button-down, and true to his comedic tendencies, once on the yacht, Walliams pulled down his pants and mooned the surrounding boats while Stone suppressed a smile.
