Who Wore It Better? Over the Knee Boots Stella McCartney is clearly a big fan of Christmas, as she switched on the lights at her Bruton Street store last night with a little help from celebrity friends (and family). Peter Kay performed alongside her father, who clearly has a lot of love for the comedian, whilst Kate Moss, Jamie Hince, Laura Bailey, and Lulu watched on.

There's no denying the power of boots. They're funky, functional, and boast a plentiful harvest.
Let me draw your attention to the subject at hand: these Kristen Lee Montague Boots ($346) go over the knee in an oh so slick manner. The supple suede exudes decadence while the wide, low heel makes for a functional staple. These thigh-grazing boots are made for the strong so stomp loud, stomp proud. Tip: stray away from the tacky and stick to dark, muted colors for a modern appeal.
Despite her intense looks, I think Megan Fox is really sweet. But clearly being nice and looking pretty doesn't equal having good taste. At the Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles premiere in LA, the actress showed up looking downright cheap.
First things first, she should have ditched the long, beaded necklace as it's a little arts-n-craftsy and doesn't go with her sultry look. The LBD isn't bad, but you can see her leopard-print bra underneath; so not classy. I would have worn the dress (with a slip) with sleek, less slouchy over-the-knee boots. Oh, and I know this is BellaSugar territory, but what's up with the 90's hairdo?

UGG boots are bulky enough with all that thick shearling, but when you add ribbons and more height, it's just too much. I can't see myself, or anyone else for that matter, pulling off Love From Australia's Vixen Suede Over-the-Knee Boot ($400). In Antarctica they might come in handy, but I'd choose cold over tacky any day. Are you with me?
