Last night was the final episode before the season finale of The City. Time flies when you're having drama! Speaking of drama, the newest tiff is between roommates Whitney and Roxy. It seems Whitney is still mad at Roxy for not being able to get Lights to wear her pieces on stage. Olivia continued to hate on Whitney's collection. Same drama, different episode. Roxy got on Whitney and Kelly's bad side last night on The City. She tried to help Whitney get her pieces on singer Lights, but got reprimanded when the singer only wore the Whitney Eve jacket for a second. Well, at l least she looked rad in this scene in a black tee with Soho Hearts' Twisted Rope Pearl Necklace ($95). Since the tee is grungy, it could use a colorful necklace like that to liven it up. Last night's The City was fashion packed and drama filled. On the fashion front, we got to witness Whitney selling her pieces to buyers, as well as a sassy Elle photoshoot. To Erin's, and everyone's, surprise, Olivia pulled through with some smashing shoes. But of course, the two continued to feud, while Olivia and Louise got friendly. The City was jam-packed with fashion moments last night. Whitney and Roxy flew to Miami to showcase Whitney Eve's Fall 2010 line and even got a local boutique to pick it up! Nice work, girls. Louise Roe made another stylish cameo, as she's got a new gig at Elle. Will she and Olivia become fast friends? We shall see. Since I'm always in search of new tunes, I was stoked to see that The City's Whitney Port shared a workout playlist on her blog recently. The reality star must still be relishing the time she spent at Coachella, because her playlist includes some of the standout acts from this year's festival, like Hot Chip, Vampire Weekend, and Yeasayer. I'm loving Whitney's inclusion of "Animal" by Miike Snow and "Dog Days Are Over" by Florence and the Machine. Take a listen to what Whitney's listening to below.
If you watch The City then you know, this is all about the fashionable NYC workforce. Predictably, drama runs the show, and after catching up on this season, it's clear these girls have a lot to learn in the way of business — fortunately their mistakes are ones we'll never have to make. Just click through for a brief lesson in what not to do at the office. I promise there's a few things we can stand to learn from the cast, and even one tip to take to our jobs. Turns out, it's not all about the fashion.

"The British Are Coming" — that's what last night's The City episode was called. The British referring to fashion journalist and FabTV correspondent Louise Roe. With Olivia slacking in her job, Louise might just swoop in and claim her spot. We'll see. Lots of New York Fashion Week coverage last night, and some adorable ensembles. Can you guess who wore what?
