>> Is Tamara Mellon heading toward a sale of Jimmy Choo? Mellon, who founded the brand with shoe designer Choo in 1996, is rumored to be in talks with banking advisors about a possible sale of the brand — which would bring an estimated £450m and £500m (approx. $715m to $795m) — or an initial public offering.Choo sold out of the brand in 2001, while Mellon remains president and holds a just under 18 percent stake. The majority shareholder is private equity group TowerBrook Capital Partners, which bought its stake in 2007, with the intention to transform Jimmy Choo into a £1bn business within five years. Both TowerBrook and Mellon declined to comment on the rumors.

You ready for this one? Ugg has enlisted Jimmy Choo to add a little sexy to its footwear line. In addition to her own line, Jimmy Choo founder Tamara Mellon states, "Ugg Australia is the only other footwear I have in my wardrobe.” Design details are under wraps, but we do know the small five-piece Ugg and Jimmy Choo line will feature the brand's popular sheepskin boot "with design details that embody the spirit of the Jimmy Choo brand." The collection launches in October and will retail from $595 to $795. Curious?

We have to wait until Nov. 14 to get our hands on the Jimmy Choo For H&M collection. But not Tamara Mellon and her friends — they partied the night away in LA wearing the coveted clothes and accessories. The Jimmy Choo founder donned one of her favorites — the one-shoulder leather dress — while actress Hayden Panettiere sported the black-sequin jacket I have my eye on. Lucky! There was a lot of noir in the house but that's expected, the line is totally rock 'n roll. When you're done here, check out this fun video of the festivities.

Jimmy Choo designer Tamara Mellon brought together some friends in Hollywood last night to celebrate the launch of her new collection for H&M. Stars like Olivia Wilde, Rashida Jones, Whitney Port and the Hilton sisters posed for photos with Tamara on the carpet before heading in to see a special performance from MIA. Jimmy Choo is known for their shoes, but this line will also include Tamara's first-ever clothing collection and many of the stars were sporting her designs for their evening out.
