Many pretty young things were out in LA last night to attend the Hollywood Style Awards. Lauren Conrad took a break from thinking about the LA Candy movie to hit the white carpet in a floral dress, present an award and congratulate Young Stylemaker Brody Jenner. Kim was the lone Kardashian at the event and talked about how she's happy to let her sisters have the spotlight these days, though they're still working together on an upcoming line for Bebe. Hayden Panettiere and Selena Gomez posed in their minis and were just a few of the evening's big winners, but you guys seem split when it comes to deciding who was the best dressed.

>> Max Azria Joins Slew of Designers Appearing on CW Dramas—Fashion magazines are not the only ones increasingly turning to television to extend their reach: designers are, too. Max Azria is the latest to confirm an appearance as himself on The Beautiful Life; he joins Zac Posen, Matthew Williamson, and Erin Fetherston, who have all carved out cameos on the CW show. In fact, The CW really seems to be racking up the designer appearances: Gossip Girl will host both Georgina Chapman and Tory Burch this upcoming season, and Michael Kors was in an episode of the show last season. In celebration of BCBG's 20th anniversary, the brand's biggest fans attended the Whitney Contemporaries art and auction party in NYC. Models and actresses alike posed and partied the night away in designer Max Azria's stunning frocks. Some opted for his Herve Leger line, while others went straight for Max Azria. Camilla Belle was one of the best dressed in this beautiful green one-shoulder ruffle Max Azria dress. Hilary Rhoda, Ali Larter, Alexis Bledel, and many others turned out as well. Come on in party people.
Next to jump on the celebrity designing bandwagon is Miley Cyrus. The teen sensation has teamed up with Max Azria to create a juniors collection at Wal-Mart. Word has it that Max formed a friendship with Miley and her parents during the course of dressing her for various red carpet events. "Miley Cyrus is talented and approachable, so working with her sparked a line that is authentic and vibrant," said Max Azria. The collection, seen on Miley, is set to release in early August and will include tops, pants, graphic tees, and shoes — all priced under $20. Certainly an interesting partnership; are you excited?
Thakoon's secondary line, called Thakoon Addition, recently launched in stores and online.
Pam Hogg's press office told beloved fashion blogger Susie Bubble to take down photos of herself in one of Hogg's jumpsuits.

Karl Lagerfeld has photographed Baptiste Giabiconi in women's clothes three times now.
Vanessa Hudgens channeled her inner Bohemia, donning a cantaloupe silk gown by Max Azria and Jimmy Choo tribal platform sandals. We're used to seeing the actress in shorter hemlines, but the longer cut is just as flattering. Gold statement pendants, stacked bangles, and a wooden clutch complete her glam hippie 'fit. Do you love it or hate it?
